mace*net upgrade
Posted by mace on 5/23/2005 11:18:00 PM
Server has upgraded, I've updated my blog and website, the only thing left to update.. is this site :D
Once I find some time, I'll do a big update of this, which may include a new template.
LMF website is pretty much finished, probably needs a few things tweaked etc.. apart from that, we aren't too busy (with web design stuff, school is the complete opposite), however we are going to be working on something for the Web Awards Competition. More on that soon (hopefully)
* these days nothing is too certain :\ *

Update
Posted by mace on 2/27/2005 06:37:00 PM
Apart from the site problems my webhost(s) have been experiencing.. our latest project "clansite" is well somewhere around the 30% done part.. more updates on the forum board..
some details.. the template is yet to be completed.. and i'm having a look at the use of cms made simple and maybe writing some plugins for it..
in other dev. news, SMF is considering making a CMS :P
I'm still fairly busy with my schoolwork etc, but hopefully we'll get some more stuff up soon!
I'm also looking at recoding some of the php stuff behind this site and also making a new blog template for my blog and getting mace*net mk v started up..
keep watching this space, - maCe

the best - mace.designs

I can gladly say that my coding here is pretty much done so for any tech that wants to know - the techy details:
Overall Site: - php backend system, custom coded by me, built around a simple template system allowing for nearly instantaneous template switching :D - excellent initial template graphics by colin - all pages are CSS and XHTML 1.0 Compliant
Specific pages: - Blog - Uses blogger to publish here, and integrated via some php coding - Contact/F.A.Q. - Custom written javascript code to change the display
All that said, we could do any of the above on any site we make given that the server supports any special languages (like php).
That just about covers most of the techy aspects of the site, hope you can appreciate them, thats all from me today,
